വിദേശത്ത് നിന്ന് എത്തുന്നവർക്ക് കേരളത്തിൽ 7 ദിവസം ഹോം ക്വാറൻ്റൈൻ
ഒമിക്രോൺ ഭീഷണി തുടരുന്നതിനാൽ വിദേശ രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് കേരളത്തിൽ എത്തുന്ന എല്ലാ യാത്രക്കാർക്കും ഏഴ് ദിവസം നിർബന്ധിത ക്വാറൻ്റൈൻ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തുമെന്ന് ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി വീണാ ജോർജ്. തുടർന്ന് എട്ടാം ദിവസം ആർടിപിസിആർ പരിശോധന നടത്തും കേന്ദ്ര മാർഗനിർദേശ പ്രകാരമാണ് തീരുമാനം. കേന്ദ്ര മാർഗനിർദേശ പ്രകാരം ഹോം ക്വാറൻ്റൈൻ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ കർശനമാക്കുമെന്നും മന്ത്രി വ്യക്തമാക്കി. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ആകെ 280 പേര്ക്കാണ് ഒമിക്രോണ് സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചത്. അതില് ലോ റിസ്ക് രാജ്യങ്ങളില് നിന്നും വന്നവര്ക്കാണ് ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതല് ഒമിക്രോണ് ബാധിച്ചത്. ലോ റിസ്ക് രാജ്യങ്ങളില് നിന്നും വന്ന 186 പേര്ക്കും ഹൈ റിസ്ക് രാജ്യങ്ങളില് നിന്നും വന്ന 64 പേര്ക്കുമാണ് ഒമിക്രോണ് ബാധിച്ചത്. 30 പേര്ക്കാണ് സമ്പര്ക്കത്തിലൂടെ രോഗമുണ്ടായത്. ലോ റിസ്ക് രാജ്യങ്ങളില് വരുന്നവര്ക്ക് നേരത്തെ സ്വയം നിരീക്ഷണമാണ് അനുവദിച്ചിരുന്നത്. ലോ റിസ്ക് രാജ്യങ്ങളില് നിന്നും വരുന്നവരില് കൂടുതല് പേര്ക്ക് ഒമിക്രോണ് സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചതിനാല് അവര്ക്കും ഹോം ക്വാറന്റീന് വേണമെന്ന് സംസ്ഥാനവും ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നുവെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. വിമാനത്താവളത്തിൽ എത്തുന്ന യാത്രക്കാരെ ഹൈ റിസ്ക്, ലോ റിസ്ക് രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും എത്തുന്നവരെ തരംതിരിച്ചാണ് ആർടിപിസിആർ പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നത്. ഹൈ റിസ്ക് രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് വരുന്ന എല്ലാവർക്കും ആർടിപിസിആർ പരിശോധന നടത്തും. നെഗറ്റീവായാൽ 7 ദിവസം ഹോം ക്വാറൻ്റൈനും എട്ടാമത്തെ ദിവസം ആർടിപിസിആർ പരിശോധന നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും. നെഗറ്റീവായാൽ വീണ്ടും 7 ദിവസം സ്വയം നിരീക്ഷണത്തിൽ തുടരണമെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. പരിശോധനയിൽ കൊവിഡ് പോസിറ്റീവാകുന്നവരുടെ സാമ്പിളുകൾ ജനിതക പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അയക്കുകയാണ്. ഇവരെ ഐസൊലേഷനിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കും. തുടർന്ന് സ്റ്റാൻഡേർഡ് പ്രോട്ടോക്കോൾ അനുസരിച്ച് ചികിത്സ നൽകുകയും ചികിത്സിക്കുന്ന ഡോക്ടറുടെ നിർദേശ പ്രകാരവും ഡിസ്ചാർജ് ചെയ്യുന്നതുമാണ്. ലോ റിസ്ക് രാജ്യങ്ങളില് നിന്നും വരുന്നവരില് രണ്ട് ശതമാനം പേരുടെ സാമ്പിളുകള് റാണ്ടം പരിശോധന നടത്താനാണ് കേന്ദ്ര മാര്ഗനിര്ദേശം. എന്നാല് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് 20 ശതമാനം പേരുടെ സാമ്പിളുകള് റാണ്ടം പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. നെഗറ്റീവാകുന്നവര് ഏഴ് ദിവസം ഹോം ക്വാറനൈനിൽ കഴിയണം. എട്ടാമത്തെ ദിവസം ആര്ടിപിസിആര് പരിശോധന നടത്തണം. നെഗറ്റീവായാല് ഇവരും വീണ്ടും 7 ദിവസം സ്വയം നിരീക്ഷണത്തില് കഴിയണം. പോസിറ്റീവാകുന്നവരുടെ സാമ്പിളുകള് ജനിതക പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അയയ്ക്കുന്നു. ഇവര്ക്ക് സ്റ്റാന്ഡേര്ഡ് പ്രോട്ടോകോള് അനുസരിച്ച് ചികിത്സ നല്കുന്നു. ക്വാറൻ്റൈൻ സമയത്തോ സ്വയം നിരീക്ഷണ സമയത്തോ ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള ലക്ഷണങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടായാലോ കോവിഡ് പോസിറ്റീവായാലോ ആവര്ത്തിച്ചുള്ള പരിശോധന നടത്തുമെന്നും മന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു.
