ആരോപണത്തെ തുടര്ന്ന് കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം ഇയാളെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തെന്നാണ് ബ്രൂക്ക്ലിന് ഫെഡറല് കോടതിയില് ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്ത ക്രിമിനല് പരാതിയില് പറയുന്നത്. പരാതിയില് ട്രംപിന്റെ പേര് പരാമര്ശിക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കിലും, കേസുമായി പരിചയമുള്ള ഒന്നിലധികം ഉറവിടങ്ങള് എബിസി ന്യൂസിനോട് പറഞ്ഞത്, ആരോപിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഗൂഢാലോചനയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളിലൊന്ന് ട്രംപായിരുന്നു എന്നാണ്.
