വിദ്യാലയങ്ങൾ തുറക്കാൻ ഒരുക്കങ്ങൾ, അറിയിപ്പ് ലഭിച്ചാല് ഉടന് തുറക്കും; വിദ്യാഭ്യാസമന്ത്രി
തിരുവനന്തപുരം: കൊവിഡ് പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില് കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒന്നരവര്ഷമായി അടഞ്ഞുകിടക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാലയങ്ങള് തുറക്കാനുള്ള ഒരുക്കങ്ങള് തുടങ്ങാമെന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയന് അറിയിച്ചതായി വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രി വി. ശിവന്കുട്ടി.
സര്ക്കാര് പ്രഖ്യാപനം വന്നാല് താമസിക്കാതെ സ്കൂള് തുറക്കാനുള്ള നടപടികള് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കുമെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള ഉന്നതതല സമിതിയാണ് അന്തിമ തീരുമാനം എടുക്കുന്നതെന്നും ശിവന്കുട്ടി അറിയിച്ചു. സ്കൂള് തുറക്കണമെങ്കില് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് മാത്രം വിചാരിച്ചാല് പോര. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ തദ്ദേശ ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പുകള് ചേര്ന്നുള്ള സമിതിയാണ് ഇതിനായി പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നത്. മുന്നൊരുക്കങ്ങള് നടത്താന് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവര്ക്ക് നിര്ദ്ദേശം നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. വിദഗ്ദ്ധര് പ്രോജക്റ്റുകളും പഠനങ്ങളും നടത്തുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും അതിന്റെയെല്ലാം അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലായിരിക്കും തീരുമാനമെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് സ്കൂളുകള് അടക്കമുള്ള വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള് തുറക്കാനുള്ള ആലോചന നടക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഇന്നലെ വാര്ത്താസമ്മേളനത്തില് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. സ്കൂളുകള് തുറക്കുന്നത് അടുത്തമാസത്തേക്ക് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാമെന്നാണ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞത്. സ്കൂളുകള് തുറക്കാമെന്ന് നേരത്തെ ആരോഗ്യവിദഗ്ധര് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുമായുള്ള ചര്ച്ചയില് നിര്ദേശിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഒക്ടോബര് മുതല് ഘട്ടംഘട്ടമായി സ്കൂളുകള് തുറക്കാനായിരുന്നു വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിന്റെ ആലോചന. ആദ്യഘട്ടത്തില് 10, 11, 12 ക്ലാസുകള് ഷിഫ്റ്റ് അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് തുടങ്ങാനായിരുന്നു ആലോചിച്ചിരുന്നത്. രാജ്യത്തെ 5 സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളില് സ്കൂളുകള് തുറന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. കൊവിഡ് കേസുകള് കുറഞ്ഞ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളായ ദല്ഹി, രാജസ്ഥാന്, മധ്യപ്രദേശ്, അസം, തമിഴ്നാട് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലാണ് 50% വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥികളുമായി ക്ലാസുകള് ആരംഭിച്ചത്.
അതേസമയം പ്ലസ് വണ് പരീക്ഷ നേരിട്ട് നടത്താന് അനുവദിക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് സംസ്ഥാന സര്ക്കാര് സുപ്രീംകോടതിയില് സത്യവാങ്മൂലം നല്കി. ഓണ്ലൈനായി പരീക്ഷ നടത്താനാകില്ലെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയാണ് സര്ക്കാര് സുപ്രീംകോടതിയില് സത്യവാംങ്മൂലം നല്കിയത് ഇന്റര്നെറ്റ് സംവിധാനവും കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറും ഇല്ലാത്തതും മൂലം പല കുട്ടികളും പരീക്ഷയില് നിന്ന് പുറത്താകുമെന്നാണ് കേരളം വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത്. മോഡല് പരീക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് പ്ലസ് വണ് മൂല്യനിര്ണയം നടത്താനാകില്ല. വീടുകളില് ഇരുന്ന് കുട്ടികള് എഴുതിയ മോഡല് പരീക്ഷ മാനനണ്ഡമാക്കാനാകില്ലെന്ന് സംസ്ഥാന സര്ക്കാര് സത്യവാങ്ങ്മൂലത്തില് പറയുന്നു. കേരളത്തില് സാങ്കേതിക സര്വ്വകലാശാലയിലെ ബിടെക് പരീക്ഷക്ക് സുപ്രീംകോടതി അനുമതി നല്കിയിരുന്നുവെന്ന് സര്ക്കാര് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിക്കുന്നു. പ്ലസ്ടു യോഗ്യത നേടാത്ത നിരവധി കുട്ടികളുടെ അവസാന സാധ്യത കൂടിയാണ് ഇത്തവണത്തെ പ്ലസ് വണ് പരീക്ഷ അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ കൊവിഡ് പ്രോട്ടോക്കോള് പാലിച്ച് പരീക്ഷ നടത്താന് അനുവദിക്കണമെന്നാണ് ആവശ്യം. ഒക്ടോബറില് മൂന്നാംതരംഗം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് പരീക്ഷ പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കുമെന്നാണ് സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ ഉറപ്പ്. കേസ് 13ന് സുപ്രീംകോടതി പരിഗണിക്കും.
