സൈറ വീട്ടുജോലിക്കാരിയായി വേല ചെയ്തിരുന്ന നൈല അംബ്രീന്‍ എന്ന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സ്കൂള്‍ പ്രിന്‍സിപ്പാളിന്റെ ഭര്‍ത്താവാണ് റാണാ തയ്യബ്. പോലീസില്‍ പോയി പരാതി കൊടുത്തുവെങ്കിലും തന്റെ പരാതി സ്വീകരിക്കുവാന്‍ പോലും തയ്യാറാകാതെ സ്റ്റേഷനില്‍ നിന്നും പുറത്താക്കുകയാണ് പോലീസ് ചെയ്തതെന്നു കത്തോലിക്ക വിശ്വാസിയും, വികലാംഗനുമായ സൈറയുടെ പിതാവ് ആരിഫ് ഗില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. മാഡം നൈല സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജീവനക്കാരിയായതിനാല്‍ അവര്‍ക്കും, ഭര്‍ത്താവിനും പോലീസില്‍ നല്ല സ്വാധീനമുണ്ടെന്നും, ദാരിദ്ര്യം കാരണമാണ് തങ്ങള്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ മകളെ ആ വീട്ടില്‍ വീട്ടുവേലക്ക് വിട്ടതെന്നും, തങ്ങളുടെ മകളുടെ അഞ്ചു മടങ്ങ് പ്രായക്കൂടുതലുള്ള മനുഷ്യന്‍ ഇത്തരം ഒരു പ്രവർത്തി ചെയ്യുമെന്നും തങ്ങൾ വികേഹരിച്ചില്ലെന്നു കുട്ടിയുടെ കുടുംബം പറയുന്നു. ഫെബ്രുവരി 4-നാണ് മദീന ടൌണ്‍ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷന്‍ എഫ്.ഐ.ആര്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തത്. തയ്യബിന്റെ വീട്ടില്‍ പരിശോധന നടത്തിയ പോലീസ് സൈറയെ കണ്ടെത്തിയതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന്‍ പാക്കിസ്ഥാന്‍ പീനല്‍ കോഡിലെ സെക്ഷന്‍ 365-ബി അനുസരിച്ച് കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും ഭട്ടി അറിയിച്ചു.
