“കൂടുതൽ ഉത്തരവുകൾക്കായി, ഹർജിക്കാരന് എതിരായ നിർബന്ധിത നടപടികൾ സ്റ്റേ ചെയ്യും,”എന്ന് കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവിൽ പറയുന്നു.
സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ സർക്കാർ നടപ്പാക്കിയ മതപരിവർത്തന വിരുദ്ധ നിയമം ലംഘിച്ചതിന് ഈ വർഷം ജൂലൈ, സെപ്തംബർ മാസങ്ങളിൽ ലാലിനെതിരെ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത രണ്ട് കേസുകളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടാണ് പോലീസ് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചത്. അദ്ദേഹം ന്യുമോണിയ ബാധിച്ച് വെന്റിലേറ്ററിന്റെ പിന്തുണയിലാണെന്നും അഭിഭാഷകൻ സുപ്രീം കോടതിയിൽ പറഞ്ഞു.
